About the Owner Originally from New York via Louisiana, Mr. Peter J. Nowak, CEO of Nowak Enterprises, Inc. (NEI) has lived in Pensacola, Florida since 1991. NEI began with two McDonald’s restaurants and has expanded to six, all in Pensacola. As a business owner, Peter combines hard work with opportunity. As an entrepreneur, he looks to find unique solutions to common problems. Communication is a common problem for a business with over 300 employees in six locations. Needing a solution, Peter implemented a web-based, info-on- demand communication tool: L3 (Look, Listen, & Learn). Developed by AVISOD LLC (www.avisod.com), L3 allows NEI’s leadership team to effectively target, deliver, and track communication with employees -while they are complying with hand washing regulations. Peter Nowak, along with his wife and three children, shares his success with others, including NEI employees. “I’m very blessed and want our company’s success to help others.
