Health Insurance for Managers
Medical and dental insurance is available for purchase by team members who have been employed a minimum of 90 days. McDonald's pays a portion of the monthly premium. This is done on a pre-tax basis through authorized payroll deductions. Team members must be 18 years of age or living independently to qualify.

Paid Vacation
After one year, managers are eligible for a paid vacation if they average working 25 hours or more per week.

Uniforms
Uniforms are provided free after your first six months of employment.
